05 How long does it take to film my project?

Filming time depends on the complexity and scale of your project. Some general estimates:

  • Simple shoots (interviews, testimonials): 1–2 hours.
  • Small business promotional videos: half a day to a full day.
  • Event coverage (weddings, concerts): several hours to a full day.
  • Large-scale productions: multiple days or weeks, depending on the scope.

We’ll give you a detailed timeline during your consultation to plan an efficient shoot.

06 What does a consultation include?

Our consultation makes sure we fully understand your vision and project goals. It covers:

  • Vision: your creative ideas and desired outcome.
  • Purpose of the project: the goals and objectives of the video.
  • Outline: a structured plan for the shoot.
  • Weather: outdoor conditions for the best filming.
  • Pricing: the cost of it all, and the forms of payment we accept.

Consultations are free. Book one here.

07 Do you have a minimum project size?

There is no minimum project size; we work with projects of all scales. Contact us to discuss your needs.

08 Do you travel for shoots? Are there additional costs?

Yes, we travel for shoots both locally and nationwide! Travel costs depend on the location and scope of the project, and we’ll discuss all of them upfront when planning your shoot. Let us know where your project takes place, and we’ll make it happen.

09 What does pricing look like?

Pricing depends on the scope of the project, including shoot duration, editing complexity, and any additional services (such as drone footage or visual effects). We offer:

  • Production packages: for common projects like event coverage, promotional videos, and photography sessions.
  • Custom quotes: for unique or large-scale productions, tailored to your needs.
  • Hourly & full-day rates: for shoots and editing.

For an exact quote, reach out with details about your project and we’ll send a breakdown that fits your vision and budget.

10 Are video editing services contingent upon me purchasing video or photo services?

No! Say you have a bunch of footage of your family snowboarding. You can send all the raw files and we’ll make an edit from there. The same applies to any other project.

11 How often will I be updated as the project goes on?

Every step of the way! We don’t want you left in the dark. If you have questions or concerns at any point during production, don’t be afraid to reach out; we are here for you.

12 Are there regulations or restrictions on where drones can fly?

Yes. Depending on where we want to fly, prior authorization is sometimes needed. And some places are simply no-fly zones, such as Military Operations Areas (MOAs) or Class B airports.
